If you are new to a church family, you probably have many questions about what the church believes, how it functions, its ministries, how it invests its funds, and how it relates to other churches in the area. If you are curious about these things or want to pursue joining Adamsville Baptist Church, we provide a monthly class that discusses these issues.
The Discover Adamsville Baptist Church class usually meets on the fourth Sunday. Please check the ABC calendar and website news for exceptions. About 10 minutes after the morning service the group of class members that have signed up and their families gather for lunch. This may be in the fellowship hall or at a local restaurant. After lunch, the younger children go to childcare and the class members go to EN-101 where the Men’s Sunday School class meets on Sunday mornings. The Discover ABC class usually starts around 1:00pm and ends around 4:00pm. Class attendees are given a copy of the Adamsville Baptist Church Constitution and By-laws, a church family directory, and a copy of our doctrinal statement: The Baptist Faith and Message, 2000, as well as a Discover ABC book.
